Frank's Note on 12/25/99: wow, this is one of the older post.  I might be removing this one from the archive in the future.

TOO: which Kamikazi header? Like to hear your comments on the rpm/piston speed post down there...

The headers that you've been testing... is it the 4-1-2-1 (this still have 2" small collector for stock donut gasket right?) or the big 4-1 with 2.5" "down pipe" (does this have 2" donut again? I hope not)?

You seem to like some steps in the exhaust... could you tell us more about this practice?

The single 2.5" collector is the way to go. The current Kamikaze's all neck down to 2", but we've finally found a company that can furnish 2.5" and 3.0" donuts, so the flex pipe will be a thing of the past. Right now, we rework the headers on an individual basis, and use a soft brass donut. The units on order are of the graphite material that Honda uses.
T.O.O. needs to do the exhaust system config. and why for you. He'll be in Monday, but Monday night is "booked", so Tuesday is when you'll hear from him.
He's got many friends in Florida who have lost everything to the fires, and he's currently attempting to access some relief funding.
